6th Turn [Voice/Action]
[It's mid-afternoon when the journal post is made by a familiar voice in an unfamiliar mood. A quick look at the image reveals a face that is both familiar and unfamiliar--but that smile, with it's odd curl and suppressed mirth, can mean it is only one person.]
[Failed Filter to Mine Fujiko: Completely Readable]
Hey...Fujiko? Remember that game you gave me at the end of the last month before you went on your mission? It was very clever, and the prize has been a joy. How did you know I liked history books? I'm wondering, though...why are you having me read about your ex-boyfriend's grandfather, after you made it clear that you don't want to think about it?
[There's a pause as the man notices the feed.] Oh... blast it! I messed, Fujiko. Want to meet in my place?
...Everyone, disregard that.
[Later that day the man wanders the town, his hair in a mussed disarray and red jacket noticeably missing. Instead he wears dark colors, fitted but more casual clothes, and his wings are for once in the open. He's headed to the library to return some books, gather others and other supplies. Early that evening, another journal post is made. This time, it's intended for anyone.]
Evening, Luceti, this is Red. I was just wondering...is anyone else around here missing about twenty-one hours of their weekend? Does anybody who isn't know what happened? It's just a question for inquiring minds.
Also--has anybody actually given the Battle Dome a good once over after last week?
[He's serious in his words, even if the smile is light. Ladies and Gentleman, meet the man who's going to be adamant about calling himself Red...someone you're more likely to know as Arsene Lupin III. He's not going to stand down from that either.]
[OOC: Details about how Lupin has been shifted, for the curious, are here. He has a number of physical details in terms of style that are changing beyond what's available to me in normal fanart and screencaps, so I've had to choose a PB,Emiya Kiritsugu a man from another anime that I've yet to actually see. Replies will have appropriate icons, thanks.]

[voice]
Breakfast tomorrow is fine. I'll see if I can dig up some more on your missing hours too, okay?
[voice]
...I'll see you at breakfast tomorrow then, Fujiko. I'll take any help I can get too, thanks.
[voice]
Yeah, of course. No problem. See you then... you.
[Action--The Next Day]
Once he arrives at her suite, the corner of the building with what must have been an excellent view, he knocks on her door firmly with a few short raps.]
Fujiko? Are you still here?
[Action--The Next Day]
[Her traps. You know. Normal things.
In a universe where having an utterly paranoid amount of traps is normal. Also, there's like the usual 15 locks on the door, which she forgot that not!Lupin will have trouble undoing. Maybe.][Action--The Next Day]
learned other skillstook correspondence courses in lock picking while he was on Nar Shaddaa. The locks take a moment of study, a few more moments of utilizing the small set of pins he carries around with him in a slot on the holster for his blaster, and finally a little bit of percussive maintenance with his boot. The entire process takes longer, and is less elegant, but it is effective. He worked with data, primarily. In his world, most locks were held in place with data, not hard mechanisms.
There's a smile on his face as he enters, wondering if this was some kind of game that Fujiko was playing.]
Just setting a few things up, huh? I can wait a few minutes.
[Action--The Next Day]
Just don't go near my panties drawer and your fingers won't get mouse-trapped. [Winks and playfully gestures out. All that work to undo the locks and she's leading him down to the tea shop and cafe. Oh well, seeing Lupin undo the locks put her more at ease at least. Definitely Lupin, however much his brain's been messed up by the Malnosso. Suddenly his line to her a long time ago about being willing to wait for Fujiko to recall her memories just so she would betray him again made a lot more sense to her.] Shall we~?
[Action--The Next Day]
[His smile has an odd twist as he watches her, torn between amusement and laughter. This game was going to be fast and hard, though he still didn't understand the 360 their interactions had taken within a span of less than a day. It made him curious, just daring enough to test the waters of her serenity and passion.]
Sure, after you.
[Action--The Next Day]
Hum... yeah, come on! Wanna take the lifts? [By which she means... jump down the side of the building just holding onto a cotton scarf securely knotted onto her pulley system. :|]
[Action--The Next Day]
It's so absurd that he can't help but laugh.]
Why wouldn't I want to look at your face? You're adorable right now! Yeah, we can take it--just don't kill us both, okay? I don't want to be out of commission for a week.
[Action--The Next Day]
Come on, come on, you'll be fine. I've done this a hundred times. [More than that really, but she wouldn't want to look too crazy :|] Besides, this is nothing compared to riding an autogyro from outside.
[Action--The Next Day]
He joins her, the hand resting on her shoulder the only real indication of his lingering undertainty. If she had at least used paracord...]
I'll trust you on this, Sunshine. What's an autogyro anyway?
[Action--The Next Day]
[Action--The Next Day]
[He mindlessly grabs at the securly tied scarves--and is jolted when he realizes that he's being dragged down too. With a startled cry he grasps onto it for dear life...
only to start laughing.]
Fujiko! This thing is great!
[Action--The Next Day]
See? And you were worried. [Teases him as they ride down and slowly hit the ground, Fujiko, of course, landing on her feet like a cat.]
[Action--The Next Day]
[He lands not long after, with less grace. He stumbles at the sudden dismount, but catches himself before he can actually fall. Fujiko would notice that he's tending toward the left side with his motions, but it's nothing too unusual for Red anymore.]
[Action--The Next Day]
At least not for reasons like that, right? [Acting extra cute~]
[Action--The Next Day]
[She was acting strangely adorable, to Red's confusion, but he wasn't going to say no to the hand that was offered. It wasn't lack of confidence, but different reasons that were more on a physical level--but he didn't want to explain the full story of the Battle of Coruscant to her, not when she acted strangely melancholy over their interactions the day before.
He loops his arm through hers, casually. If she was playing cute, he can do the same without fear of retribution, right?]
[Action--The Next Day]
So coffee? Got a favorite... Naboo blend or something? [Okay Fujiko can only name a few planets from Star Wars. At least she didn't say Endor or Tatooine. Since she only knows of Endor's forest moon with Ewoks, and the latter is a desert; unlikely to have coffee.]
Re: [Action--The Next Day]
The halting attempt at conversation earns a smile, this one more certain than the one before.] Since coming to Luceti? I've come to like Cuban coffee, though I do rather like all different kinds. [Her knowledge, for someone who has only really seen the films that they marathoned a month back was unsurprising. The gesture in trying was itself appreciated.]
I'll try anything else if you'd prefer, I'm open to trying many different things.
Re: [Action--The Next Day]
[Action--The Next Day]
We'll need to try one then. I'm curious about how it's different from the others.
[Action--The Next Day]
[Action--The Next Day]
...You know, maybe I shouldn't have been so concerned. You're a very nice person, Fujiko.
[Action--The Next Day]
You just haven't gotten on my bad side yet. [Though she is amused that he doesn't seem to find anything wrong with jumping down the side of the building and telling him what to drink :|a]
[She makes a mock gun with her fingers and aims for his heart even though she typically favors headshots.] I'm very dangerous then~
