6th Turn [Voice/Action]

[It's mid-afternoon when the journal post is made by a familiar voice in an unfamiliar mood. A quick look at the image reveals a face that is both familiar and unfamiliar--but that smile, with it's odd curl and suppressed mirth, can mean it is only one person.]

[Failed Filter to Mine Fujiko: Completely Readable]

Hey...Fujiko? Remember that game you gave me at the end of the last month before you went on your mission? It was very clever, and the prize has been a joy. How did you know I liked history books? I'm wondering, though...why are you having me read about your ex-boyfriend's grandfather, after you made it clear that you don't want to think about it?

[There's a pause as the man notices the feed.] Oh... blast it! I messed, Fujiko. Want to meet in my place?

...Everyone, disregard that.

[Later that day the man wanders the town, his hair in a mussed disarray and red jacket noticeably missing. Instead he wears dark colors, fitted but more casual clothes, and his wings are for once in the open. He's headed to the library to return some books, gather others and other supplies. Early that evening, another journal post is made. This time, it's intended for anyone.]

Evening, Luceti, this is Red. I was just wondering...is anyone else around here missing about twenty-one hours of their weekend? Does anybody who isn't know what happened? It's just a question for inquiring minds.

Also--has anybody actually given the Battle Dome a good once over after last week?

Smoother for one thing. French coffee is the best in my world. Even Americans tend to know it.

[A brief blank stare. For anyone else in the world, she'd laugh and say, "Of course, did you have doubts?" and play it off. She was trying to treat Lupin as someone else and yet... A small wicked smile creeps across her face, all too feline in nature.]

You just haven't gotten on my bad side yet. [Though she is amused that he doesn't seem to find anything wrong with jumping down the side of the building and telling him what to drink :|a]

[She makes a mock gun with her fingers and aims for his heart even though she typically favors headshots.] I'm very dangerous then~

[Laughter. Whatever Fujiko's intent was, it backfired--he liked firey women, but generally had no chance with them. Ever. He was too focused on his job, too paranoid about everyone's welfare, and too hidden.]

I'm wondering if maybe I should sometime--you can't be more dangerous that what I've heard about the Witches off Dathomir, or even Mara Jade!

Mara Jade is really that dangerous? Luke keeps comparing me to her, but I know nothing about her.

You're both strong, fiery women, Fujiko. It's a pretty natural comparison.

...I'd say that Mara Jade is more dangerous simply because she is a Jedi. If it weren't for that, it seems like you could give her a run for her money.

You never know. Maybe I still could.

...Luke can only really read minds if you let him, the same with talking from his mind to yours. You don't have much to worry about.

It was a lucky guess? Luke and I work very closely at home, so I was using him as an example...

As for the rest? I really don't know. I only work with and around Force Sensitives, but I don't know how they do what they do.
