It's a crime. But the fault in this case isn't entirely his, it's not as if he's forcing us to choose or to do it. He offers the chance and people take it, they let him play with them. You can say that he shouldn't do it in the first place but... It's probably what he does and why he's here for. This isn't like when someone breaks into your house to steal from you, he rings the door, asks to enter and doesn't even bother to hide that most probably he will take things from the house if he's allowed in. In that aspect it's the fault of those who let him in that they get robbed in the first place.
