Zenigata roared and pounded on the locked door. He'd seen the thief duck inside, but was unwilling to break it down himself. Instead, he stopped and looked around, turning to a hall-window. He threw it open, and with great gusto hooked a handcuff onto the sill, jumping out and rappelling down to the ground.

"I'll get you you bastard," the Inspector grinned as he made his way around the building at top speed.
